Things to know when using a rice steamer (industrial rice cooker)
Uses
– The rice cooker can be used to cook rice, steam ham, steam dumplings, sticky rice, chicken, seafood and some other foods. Depending on the type of product, the completion time will be different.
– Rice steamer is one of the very useful products that not only frees up human labor, but also saves rice because it does not burn, and saves fuel because it reduces the amount of heat released into the environment. At the same time, it serves large capacity meals specifically for restaurants, hotels, industrial kitchens, etc.

Instructions for use
– Rice cooking time is about 50 – 60 minutes, depending on the amount of rice put in the cooking tray to set the timer.
– Never let the water in the heating element tank run out (Dry water will cause the heating element to burn out).
– When the rice is cooked, wait 5 minutes for the steam in the refrigerator to reduce, then open it slowly to avoid steam blowing on you.
– Do not open the refrigerator while cooking rice.
– Should be cleaned thoroughly after each day (Turn off the power and let the refrigerator cool before cleaning, including other hotel restaurant kitchen equipment in the kitchen area)

Method of operation
– After cleaning the rice trays of the industrial gas rice cooker and rinsing them, put the rice into the trays according to the quantity of each type of cabinet and depending on the capacity, put the amount of rice in each tray. After putting enough rice according to the requirements of the cabinet, the user begins to push the trays into the cabinet according to the pre-positioned grooves of the cabinet, then close the cabinet with the latches.
– Before turning on the heat supply to the rice cabinet, the user must carefully check whether the rice cabinet is locked properly and the water supply line is open, then turn on the power supply and wait for the required time according to the rice cabinet’s technical specifications.
– Before opening the cabinet to get rice, the user must turn off the heat source. This is very important in ensuring the safety of the rice cabinet user. These notes should be posted on the cabinet door.
– After use, users should clean the cabinet to remove any spilled rice grains and clean the rice trays. It is best to dry the trays before putting them in the rice cabinet.
